Observability providers

Metoro needs to connect to your observability provider to query and analyze data about your systems.

1. In the Metoro dashboard, click on the Settings icon in the left-hand navigation bar.

2. Click on the Integrations tab.

3. Click on the Add Integration button.

4. Select Observability Providers from the list of available integrations.

5. Select your observability provider from the list of available integrations.

6. Follow the instructions to connect your observability provider to Metoro.

You can't currently connect multiple observability providers to Metoro. If you have a multi-provider setup, please contact us for assistance.

Metoro currently supports the following observability providers:

• Grafana Cloud. Metoro needs access to your prometheus, loki and grafana cloud endpoints.

• Splunk APM (formerly known as SignalFx)

If you use a different observability provider, please contact us for assistance. We can add support for your provider in ~2 weeks.

Incident Response Providers

Metoro can update tickets in your incident response provider with insights and links to automated investigations.

1. In the Metoro dashboard, click on the Settings icon in the left-hand navigation bar.

2. Click on the Integrations tab.

3. Click on the Add Integration button.

4. Select Incident Response Providers from the list of available integrations.

5. Select your incident response provider from the list of available integrations.

6. Follow the instructions to connect your incident response provider to Metoro.

Metoro currently supports the following incident response providers:

• Opsgenie

If you use a different incident response provider, please contact us for assistance. We can add support for your provider in ~2 weeks.
